Born from the merger (April 1st, 2018) between the Veterinary and Agrochemical Research Centre (CODACERVA) and the Scientific Institute of Public Health (WIV-ISP), Sciensano combines various scientific disciplines in order to detect, prevent, assess and minimize health hazards.
