[Mitochondrial complexes inhibition leading to left ventricular function decrease via increased myocardial oxidative stress]

In accordance with the events outlined in the linear AOP framework for cardiotoxicity developed in ALTERNATIVE project we collected data from biological assays providing information on the potential toxic interactions between chemicals and specific biological targets.
