Increase Mitochondrial Dysfunction

In accordance with the events outlined in the linear AOP framework for cardiotoxicity developed in the ALTERNATIVE project, we collected data from biological assays providing information on the potential toxic interactions between chemicals and specific biological targets. In this case the endpoint under consideration in the Mitochondrial Dysfunction.

Binary Endpoint.
